We are so happy that you want to get involved in AFAE! Our team here welcomes you to our community! As a volunteer, not only will you be supporting and benefiting fellow youth of all abilities in your community, but also yourself! There are various benefits to being a volunteer with us. Additionally, we are focusing on building a tight-knit community among the volunteers through Socials and other events, so DON'T BE AFRAID to sign up alone!

Additionally, training and mentorship will be provided in-house at AFAE's campus in Anaheim before and during your first official volunteer session. If you have any questions, please email us or refer to our FAQ Page!

Volunteer Requirements:

• Must be 13 or older

• Be compassionate, patient, and loving

• Commitment of around 2.5 hour per week at our site in Trabuco Canyon

• Eagerness to learn

• Ability to attend a Trial Session before commitment
